An HH-65 helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Facility Newport rescues a man and 13-year-old girl from rocks at Otter Rock near Yaquina Head, Ore., Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009. Group/Air Station North Bend, Ore., received a report from Lincoln County dispatch at 2:32 p.m. that three surfers were trapped on the rocks at Yaquina Head.
