ALAMEDA, Calif. – The Alameda-based Coast Guard Cutter BOUTWELL will depart Monday to participate in a deployment as part of the USS BOXER Expeditionary Strike Group ESG. BOUTWELL’s deployment will take six months to cover a route circumnavigating the globe.
