SEATTLE — The Coast Guard Capt. of the Port, for the Sector Puget Sound area of responsibility, has closed the Quillayute River bar, and the Capt. of the Port, for the Sector Columbia River, Ore., area of responibility, has closed the Tillamook Bay, Depoe Bay, Yaquina Bay, Siuslaw River and Umpqua River, Ore., bars, Monday, due to hazardous conditions.

ASTORIA, Ore. — The Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Sector Columbia River, in Astoria, Ore., issued closures for the Siuslaw, Umpqua and Rogue River, Ore., bar entrances due to hazardous conditions at approximately 1 p.m., Tuesday.
