BOSTON – The Coast Guard received a report from the vessel Blue Jacket that they were taking on water five miles south of Martha’s Vineyard at around 7:36 a.m. Friday. A good samaritan vessel, the Sophia recovered four people that were on board the Blue Jacket before it became partially submerged.
