SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The Coast Guard Sector San Juan Captain of the Port, Capt. Drew Pearson, reopened the ports in Saint Thomas, St. John, and Lime Tree Bay in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and reopened the port of San Juan, Puerto Rico Monday morning following the passing of Hurricane Irene.
