Coast Guard crewmember receives U.S. citizenship in St. Petersburg, Fla.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Seaman Alayn Hernandez, crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Joshua Appleby, homeported in St. Petersburg, Fla., received his U.S. citizenship aboard the Appleby in a small ceremony, Friday.
