PORT SAN LUIS, Calif. — Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach received an Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) signal around 2 a.m. from the 38-foot sailing vessel Zeus approximately 44 miles southwest of Port San Luis, Calif.
