ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The Coast Guard towed a disabled sailing vessel early Tuesday to Lighthouse Marina near Barnegat Inlet. The 26-foot sailing vessel, South Cross, was disabled and adrift near the Barnegat Inlet Jetty with two poeple aboard and no anchor line.
