ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Three boaters who were rescued by the Coast Guard Monday evening, after their 30-foot sailing vessel suffered engine failure 80 miles west of Tampa, arrived at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, Tuesday.
