SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The Coast Guard’s Seventh District Commander presented the Meritorious Public Service Award to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico during a ceremony Thursday morning at the Chardon Tower in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.
