Coast Guard holds public meetings to receive comments on proposed ballast discharge regulations
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Coast Guard is scheduled to hold public meetings in Oakland, Calif., Tuesday and New York City Thursday to hear comments about a proposed rulemaking for ballast water discharge standards.
