Coast Guard responding to train derailment on Schuylkill Arsenal Bridge in Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA — The Coast Guard and local agencies are responding Monday to a train derailment over the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.
Local police notified watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay at approximately 1 a.m. and reported a train derailed on the Schuylkill Arsenal Bridge. The rail cars are reported to be carrying crude oil.
