SAN FRANCISCO — The Coast Guard and partner agencies monitored the salvage operations of the Khaleesi Thursday after the boat capsized in San Francisco near Pier 45 with 30 people aboard Saturday. The owners hired Parker Diving and Salvage to conduct salvage operations on the vessel.
