NEW ORLEANS — The Coast Guard has stopped searching for a person in the water in Saint Andrews Bay near Panama City, Florida, after the person was found deceased Monday morning.
Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission recovered a body matching the description of Te-Andre Brown near his last known location. His identity was later confirmed.
