Coast Guard to mark 1,000th commercial fishing safety student in Charleston, Ore
ASTORIA, Ore. — The U.S. Coast Guard, Oregon Crab Commission and Englund Marine will hold a brief ceremony in Charleston, Ore., Wednesday, in recognition of their commercial fishing drill conductor course’s 1,000th student.
