Additional Oil Spill Closes Portion of Mississippip
New Orleans – Two miles of the Mississippi River have been closed again as more oil spilled from a barge that was sunk by a tanker last week. The barge shifted overnight releasing the oil.
Investigators are unsure how much oil was released when the barge shifted.
Workers on scene are currently cleaning up the oil.
