Additional Oil Spill Closes Portion of Mississippip

New Orleans – Two miles of the Mississippi  River have been closed  again as more oil  spilled from a barge that was sunk by a tanker last week.  The barge shifted overnight releasing the oil. Investigators are unsure how much oil was released when the barge shifted.
