Coast Guard responds after oil tanker hits bottom
PORTSMOUTH HARBOR, Maine – The Coast Guard responded to a Denmark-based oil and chemical tanker that struck bottom in the Piscataqua River near the Irving Terminal at 10:30 p.m., Wednesday.
