Coast Guard, local agencies suspend search in Delaware River near Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA – The Coast Guard along with local agencies have suspended their search for three unconfirmed children after their mother reported throwing them in the water from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Tuesday.
