WARRENTON, Ore. — The Coast Guard is scheduled to hold a memorial service to celebrate the life of Lt. Devin Hepner at the Sector Columbia River hangar at 11:00 am, Tuesday, that will be open to the public.

SAN PEDRO, Calif. – The Coast Guard will hold a memorial service this afternoon for Chief Warrant Officer Dan Thomas, who was killed during a traffic accident Aug. 20th on his way to work at Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach.
