Baton Rouge, LA – Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Baton Rouge will hold a change-of-command ceremony on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 9 a.m. at the USS Kidd Veteran’s Memorial and Museum on South River Road in Baton Rouge.
