LOS ANGELES — The Coast Guard responded to a report of a substance near Summerland Beach that occurred Friday at around 3 p.m.
The Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach command center received a report of an approximately 300-yard substance near Summerland Beach. The Coast Guard immediately launched Marine Safety Detachment Santa Barbara to investigate.
