KEY WEST, Fla.– A change of command ceremony was held onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Pea Island in Key West, Friday at 10:00 a.m. Lt. John Walsh relieved Lt. Felicia Thomas during a time-honored military tradition to formally transfer command.
