BOSTON — A boat capsized near the mouth of the Merrimack River Monday sending two people into the water. A crewman aboard the good Samaritan vessel Lady Suzanne used a VHF radio to hail Coast Guard watchstanders at about 6:45 p.m. and report seeing the 31-foot Laurie Ann capsized near the north jetty at the mouth of the Merrimack River.
