Salvage Operations for Towing vessel Misty Dawn Progressing

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. – The towing vessel Misty Dawn was raised from the bottom of the Kanawha River by salvage crews Thursday morning. The vessel has been refloated, and the diesel fuel on board has been safely removed.
