Coast Guard enforces safety zone for Herbert C. Bonner Bridge construction in Oregon Inlet, NC

WILMINGTON, N.C. — The Coast Guard is intermittently enforcing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of Oregon Inlet to ensure public safety during the Herbert C. Bonner bridge construction from Jan. 29 to March 24.
While activated, the safety zone will restrict vessel traffic in the vicinity of the bridge, which will be under construction.
