PORTSMOUTH, Va. – The Coast Guard will commission its newest national security cutter, Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton (WMSL 753) during an 11 a.m. ceremony Saturday at the Port of Charleston-Union Pier Terminal in Charleston, South Carolina.
