Coast Guard aircrew medevacs possible seizure victim off coast of Mexico
SAN DIEGO — A Coast Guard aircrew medically evacuated a 61-year-old man suffering from a possible seizure nearly 100 miles south of San Diego, Thursday.
The master of the San Diego-based 57-foot sport fishing vessel Prowler contacted the Coast Guard for assistance after the man began experiencing breathing difficulties, seizing and lost consciousness while fishing.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The Coast Guard medevaced an injured man from the fishing vessel Prowler near St. Paul, Friday.
A MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak, forward deployed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Munro, transported the man to emergency medical services in St. Paul after he was transferred to the Munro from the Prowler.
