Coast Guard to release F/V Destination investigation report and final action memo
WASHINGTON — The Coast Guard will release the fishing vessel Destination Marine Board of Investigation report and Final Action Memo, Sunday.
This report identifies causal factors of the loss of the Destination and six crew members and the Final Action Memo is the Coast Guard Commandant’s response to the report.
