NEW ORLEANS — The Coast Guard medevaced a man, Sunday, from a 30-foot recreational vessel in Biloxi Marsh near Lake Borgne. Medevaced was Donald Arroyo, 67. Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector New Orleans received a call via channel 16 at 12:22 a.m., from the Wet Dream, that Arroyo reportedly suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning.
