SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon crew repatriated 27 migrants to Dominican Republic, Monday, following the interdiction of a makeshift vessel in Mona Passage waters northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
