CHARLESTON, Ore. — The Coast Guard and Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw, Ore., will conduct an ownership transfer ceremony of the Cape Arago Light Station and land at the light station in Charleston, Saturday, August 3, at 10 a.m.
