SAN DIEGO — An aircrew from U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego medically evacuated a cruise ship passenger who suffered a possible heart attack approximately 40 miles northwest of San Diego early Saturday morning.
The crew of the cruise ship Westerdam contacted the Joint Harbor Operation Center just before 11 p.m., Friday, requesting a medevac for the 75-year-old Canadian man.

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO – The crew of an MH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter medically evacuated a woman from cruise ship Westerdam Sunday, approximately 95 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
