SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Heriberto Hernandez (WPC-1114) repatriated 12 Dominicans and returned two Haitians to Dominican authorities Sunday evening, following the interdiction of a migrant vessel Thursday in waters just off Mona Island, Puerto Rico.
