PETERSBURG, Alaska — Senior Chief Randal Burr will relieve Chief Warrant Officer Daniel Burke as commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Elderberry during a formal ceremony at the Sons of Norway Hall in Petersburg Friday at 10 a.m.
