Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell transfers command
PORTLAND, Ore. — Chief Warrant Officer Jonathan A. Placido assumed command of Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell in Portland during a change of command ceremony held at Marine Safety Unit, Portland, Friday.
Placido replaces Chief Warrant Officer Juan J. Rivera who will transfer to Cutter Healy in Seattle.

ASTORIA, Ore. — The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell will take part in the Columbia River Yachting Association (CRYA) Opening Day Parade in Portland, Ore., Saturday.
The Cutter will lead the parade of vessels and offer tours throughout the day while moored at the Willamette Yacht Club at 515 NE Tomahawk Island Drive in Portland.
