JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Coast Guard Captains of the Ports opene all commercial ports Saturday following Hurricane Hermine.
The ports of Charleston, Brunswick, Savannah, coastal South Carolina and coastal Georgia have resumed normal operations.
Hurricane Hermine is expected to continue to move northeast and degrade.
