Coast Guard Activities Far East receives new commanding officer
TOKYO – Capt. Mark J. McCadden relieved Capt. John Koster during a change of command ceremony presided over by Rear Adm. Charles W. Ray at Coast Guard Activities Far East (FEACT) on Yokota Air Force Base, Wednesday.
