KODIAK, Alaska – Coast Guard District Seventeen, Sector Anchorage, Marine Safety Detachment Kodiak, the City of Kodiak and maritime industry representatives are scheduled to discuss mass rescue operations Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Regional Fisheries Research Center on Near Island in Kodiak.
