Coast Guard Sector Baltimore holds change of command ceremony
BALTIMORE — The crew of Coast Guard Sector Baltimore held a change of command ceremony at the Baltimore Cruise Terminal here, Thursday.

BALTIMORE — Capt. Kevin Kiefer is scheduled to assume command of Coast Guard Sector Baltimore during a change-of-command ceremony Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Baltimore Cruise Terminal here.
Kiefer will relieve Capt. Mark O’Malley, who has served as the sector commander since May 2009, is scheduled to retire after 31 years of service.
