SEATTLE — Cmdr. James R. Hotchkiss assumed command of Coast Guard Port Security Unit 313 from Capt. Daniel W. Clark during a ceremony held at Naval Station Everett, Saturday.

SEATTLE — The crew of U.S. Coast Guard Port Security Unit 313 is scheduled to hold a change-of-command ceremony at Naval Station Everett, Saturday.
During the ceremony, Capt. Daniel W. Clark will transfer command to Cmdr. James R. Hotchkiss.
