Coast Guard monitoring bulk carrier after it experienced a loss in propulsion
SAN FRANCISCO — The Coast Guard is monitoring a 587-ft bulk carrier after the ship experienced loss of propulsion at 10:20 p.m., approximately five miles offshore from Daly City, Calif.
The Singapore-flagged bulk carrier, Ultra Lascar, lost propulsion while operating offshore inbound for the San Francisco Bay.
