Ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico return to normal operations

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — The Coast Guard opened the ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and set Port Condition Four for all the ports in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday following the passing of Tropical Storm Gonzalo.

During Port Condition Four, the ports may resume normal operations, including waterfront facility and vessel transits, subject to prudent seamanship and safe working practices.
