Thank God for the dedicated men of the Coast Guard. They rescued my son after 19 hours in the Atlantic in June. I had faith that they would do everything possible to find these men. Finding only one is disappointing, but their efforts are greatly appreciated. My prayers are with the families.
We are very proud of CGC Tornado and all of the efforts of all the men and women in the U.S Coast Guard in this rescue mission. It is great having a military service that stays and protects so close to home. Also the photographs taken by Fireman Adam Campbell are very professional. We applaud him as well!
I do not know these individuals personally, but as, being a local person to the Clearwater area, I didn’t sleep well and kept thinking about them. Wishing them save!
We too, have a small boat and could imagine, given the weather we saw suddenly come about on Saturday, their dilemna.
Last night, in between my restless sleep, I saw three dolphins.
I know it seems stupid, and I am not a physc, but I do belive, that these dolphins that I saw in my intermediate dream, are them.
I think they have become these dolpins.
Maybe this is where dolphins come from.
I can only hope so….
that my dream is correct.
I am VERY proud of all the guys on the USCGC Torndao, My husband is amoung the men on that boat and I couldnt be more proud! Guys you did an amazing job!! Campbell- great pics! I will see you guys when you pull into home port. Keep up the good work.
I am overwhelmed by the determination of the men on the USCG Tornado. Without your efforts, Nick Schuyler’s family may have suffered a terrible loss. Of course, my heart goes out to the families of the other young men. I am so thankful to each one who participated in this amazing rescue! Adam C- great job in capturing the moment. I couldn’t be more proud of you. Go Guard!!!!
A job well-done to all the crew of the USCG Tornado for the search and rescue of Nick Schuyler! The Coast Guard does not get enough praise for all they do to protect our country and it’s people. Thanks for the amazing job! And, Adam, fantastic pictures – I’m so very proud of you!
Way to go Adam, your Grandmother is very proud of you and all the Coast
Guard for all you do and all the risk you take. So sad that all of the men
weren’t rescued, but thankfully for one. Take care and come home safe.
