CATALINA ISLAND, Calif.– The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has located what is believed to be the wreckage of a Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft that was reported missing last night.
The wreckage was located on Catalina Island in the vicinity of Mt. Orizaba by L.A. County Sheriffs.
The Coast Guard is no longer actively searching but has assets in the Catalina Island area ready to assist partner agencies as needed.
