MAST Academy holds Pass in Review in Miami

MIAMI — The Maritime and Science Technology Academy held a Pass in Review ceremony for the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) in the junior leadership program on its campus in Miami, Wednesday.

Coast Guard Rear Adm. Peter Brown, commanding officer of Coast Guard 7th District, attended the ceremony and conducted the review.

“These are top students both in leadership and academics,” Brown stated. “The ceremony was great, and we appreciate the MAST Academy for keeping the junior leadership program going.”

The Pass in Review is a military tradition for a new commanding officer along with guest speakers to inspect and review the military personnel.
