This video was shot by Coast Guard Petty Officer Second Class Prentice Danner from the Coast Guard Cutter Midgett. It shows members of two boarding teams from the Coast Guard Cutter Midgett while conducting the boarding of a self-propelled semi-submersible vessel carrying 15,000 lbs. of cocaine near Guatemala.
As you can see, the deck of the submersible was underwater at times while the boarding team was standing on it.
