CAPE MAY, N.J. – Coast Guard Training Center Cape May has resumed normal operations here Tuesday.
The recruits have resumed their normal schedules.
The regularly scheduled graduation has not been impacted by the storm and will commence Friday, Sept. 2.
“Many thanks to the family and friends of our recruits and crewmembers for your patience and support during the hurricane,” said Michael Cole, the public affairs officer at the training center. “We made it through together and stronger for it. This will be the last update regarding Hurricane Irene. Back to the business of training the men and women of the Coast Guard enlisted corps!”
