Coast Guard Station Cleveland Gets New Officer-in-Charge

CLEVELAND — Chief Jeffrey A. Rahn transferred command of Coast Guard Station Cleveland Harbor to Chief Patrick M. Owens in a change-of-command ceremony today at the Cleveland Moorings.

Chief Rahn is being promoted to the rank of chief warrant officer and will assume the duties of chief of security forces at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore.

Chief Owens,  was previously stationed at Coast Guard Station Fairport, Ohio, where he was the executive petty officer.
