Coast Guard seeks information on missing boaters in Terrebonne Bay

NEW ORLEANS — The Coast Guard is searching for a family of four on a vessel reportedly taking on water in Terrebonne Bay.

Missing are Slate Santia, his wife and two children, of Larose, Louisiana aboard the Lady Ann, a 35-foot white Lafitte Skiff.

Terrebonne Parish Sheriffs Office received the initial report at 10 p.m., Sunday, but were unable to get amplifying information.

The Coast Guard and Terrebonne Parish are continuing to search for the vessel.
