SAN DIEGO — The Coast Guard is searching for a 27-year-old man that fell in the water from Crystal Pier, in Pacific Beach, San Diego, Sunday.
At approximately 6:30 p.m. Sunday, San Diego Lifeguards contacted watchstanders at the Coast Guard Sector San Diego’s Joint Harbor Operations Center reporting they were searching for a missing male that fell in the water from the pier.
A Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew launched and the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Haddock (WPB-87347) diverted to search for the missing man.
